With Walk and Talk Therapy, I understand the challenges you're facing. I know that finding childcare isn't always an option, and sitting in a traditional therapy office may not fit into your hectic schedule. That's why I offer a convenient solution that allows you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing precious time with all of life’s many commitments.

For those interested in Walk & Talk Therapy, arrangements must be made well in advance to ensure availability. Assuming the weather is cooperating, we will meet in one of Georgia’s parks, closest to your home. This service is available to any client who would benefit from being out in nature.

During the session, we'll walk for approximately 25 minutes in one direction, then turn around and walk back. If you have any questions about logistics, confidentiality concerns, or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. I’m here to ensure your therapy experience is as seamless and supportive as possible.

Despite being in a public space, rest assured that your privacy and confidentiality are my top priorities. While I strive to maintain discretion, please understand that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. This therapy format is most effective for clients who feel comfortable opening up during outdoor walks and are able to engage in therapeutic conversation in this setting.
