About Me
About Danielle Greene, LPC
As a therapist specializing in supporting individuals facing family of origin issues, trauma, life transitions, stress, and eating disorders, I'm here to offer you a safe space to explore your feelings, fears, and hopes. Life has been a profound journey for me personally, igniting a passion for holding space for others as they courageously and compassionately get to know their own inner world.
When not in the therapy office, I am usually on a trail, watching the birds, reading or on the mats doing jiu-jitsu.
I may be a good fit for you if….
You’re ready to explore the deeper “why” behind your patterns.
Whether it’s around food, the body, your past, anxiety, or relationships, you sense there’s more to the story—and you’re curious (or scared but willing) to go inward. You’ve done talk therapy before, but want something different.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a gentle, yet powerful way of working with parts of you that carry pain, protect you, and long to be seen.Your struggles today trace back to your family of origin.
Maybe you were the caretaker, the “good kid,” or the one who always had to manage everyone else’s emotions. I help you understand how those early roles still shape you now.You have a complicated relationship with food, control, or your body.
I work with people who’ve tried every solution—diets, discipline, or numbing—only to find that the root of their struggle is deeper than food. You’re carrying trauma—big or small—and you want to heal at the root.
IFS helps us approach trauma in a way that’s paced, embodied, and grounded in self-compassion.You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re “too much” for people.
I help you slow down, meet those parts of you with curiosity, and unblend from the inner noise. You want a therapist who sees you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
I believe healing happens when all parts of you feel seen, welcomed, and never shamed. You’re navigating identity, gender roles, or pressure to “perform” in life.
Whether you’re exploring your masculinity, femininity, or rejecting those binaries altogether, I hold space for those journeys with nuance and care. You’re looking for a therapist who can hold both your depth and your humor.
Therapy can be sacred and serious—but also lighthearted, real, and deeply human. We’ll bring all of it into the room. You’re ready to stop fighting with yourself—and start building a relationship with your inner world.
My work is grounded in the belief that every part of you has a purpose, even the ones you want to hide.
